Each item is custom-made to order, and, as such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product is received in a damaged or defective condition. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will provide a resolution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
